About Us
The basic function of the Greenbrier Middle School Band is to teach students how to read music and play a musical instrument. These instruments span across three basic instrument families: brass, woodwind, and percussion. We work each day to teach students the value of music and create a culture of musical excellence.
In addition to providing students with the tools they need to be successful as young musicians, we also aim to foster an environment of friendship, camaraderie, and teamwork. We believe that these things are integral to any successful musical ensemble.
